How to Find Your Bitcoin/Lightning Address

1. Go to your bitcoin tab on Cash App. You may need to verify identity if you have not done it before.

2. Tap on Deposit bitcoin

3. Tap Lightning Network to copy the address, if you are having issues with lightning address (starts with ln) then try bitcoin address (starts with bc1).

4. Paste it on the redeem form here under Bitcoin/Lightning Address.

5. Hit submit and wait for the agent to redeem you! They will process redeems on a first come, first serve basis. Lightning redeems are instant but Bitcoin redeems can take 5 minutes-1 hour after we process.

Note: Cash App puts a $999 send limit and a $999 receive limit on Lightning so please check your limits if your redeems fail and re-submit with your Bitcoin address. If your redeem is greater than $999 use Bitcoin network (starts with bc1)
